- If you’re flying and want to arrive in your best shape, minimise your jet lag, here’s a series of articles about what you can do before, during and after you fly.
- Some tips and resources I shared in a previous webinar on getting good quality sleep.
- Here’s the link to resources I shared in my webinar on food being one of the key foundations for optimal health, including the 30-day reset. That’s the reset I do twice a year, and in between I’ll apply the principles of that reset (“Eat liberally”, “Eat in moderation” and “Avoid”) in an 80:20 approach.
